What the symptoms of Yeast infection in a man?

When I go inside my partner, i come out with a lot of white sh#$t. She thinks it is yeast infection as she was using soap to wash down there.
She is been using monista for a week now and still there.
I have been tested 6 months ago and it was negative. She never got tested. What are the sign of yeast infection in a man?

If she is using the Monistat, maybe that’s what’s on your d!ck, dude. You know? I would assume the symptoms for a guy would be the same as a woman: itchiness, redness, tenderness…
Go to the Dr. Just because you didn’t have a yeast infection 6 months ago doesn’t mean you don’t have one now. By the way, you DO know what a yeast infection is, right? It’s NOT an STD or anything.
